Convert TIN mesh to bitmap

Is there a method to do this? I’ve seen many solutions to convert the opposite direction but I want to take a Mesh created in sketch and convert it to a bitmap I can use as a Digital Elevation Model.

I’ve been trying Blender and Mudcat or something , but like the idea of not having to learn another program
