Just Updated to 2020. Cannot find in Layout, the style " Construction Documents"
Do you mean the Construction Documentation Style in the Default Styles in SketchUp?
You can access the style in the SketchUp Model panel when you have a viewport selected.
let me look again…. i did not see it before…
now ai am having probles moving my text on the sheet- cannot seem to highlight it, and use arrow cursor as before to shup up/ down etc.

Set that style as the default in your SketchUp template.
