Combining Layout & V-Ray

Hello,

Is it possible to render the scenes layout with v-ray when you have all your scenes laid out?
Or is the only way by rendering the scenes separately and overlaying the renders to insure they are to scale.
(for example, having a 2d exterior elevations to scale with v-ray render quality)

You would need to create images from the Vray and insert those into LayOut.
