Hello friends, I need to download ClothWorks plugin from Sketchucation.com, but the antivirus programme on my PC keeps blocking as it recognises it as a dangerous website.
Has any experienced this as well? Is there another website to get ClothWorks from?
Sketchucation is safe. Tell you antivirus program that it is. I don’t believe there’s another source for Clothworks. Don’t forget to also get the Sketchucation ExtensionStore tool. You will need it to manage the license for Clothworks. In fact, get the Sketchucation ExtensionStore first, install it, and use it to install Clothworks. That way when Clothworks has an update the Sketchucation ExtensionStore can keep track so you can quickly update it.
If you have any of Fredo6’s paid extensions you should already have the Sketchucation ExtensionStore anyway and can just use it to install Clothworks.

That information is not correct. There’s no problem with the Clothworks extension. The author is trustworthy.
I have it installed and have been using it almost since its release, on windows and on MacOS and it has never been blocked by windows defender or Malwarebytes, the only antivirus I have installed. Your antivirus is doing something wrong, viruses are usually executable files not rbz.
Have you tried to download from the sketchucation store plug-in?
It is a website that collects positive “detections” by many AV / Security utilities.
The message says that 1 out of 69 security products “thinks” it detects a trojan malwre.
FYI, an RBZ is simply a Zip archive that has been renamed. It can contain any kind of file including executables, dynamic linked libraries, and plain text Ruby scripts, etc.
So, … being simply a Zip archive, it is possible that malware could propagate into it.
It can be scanned by any good security product.
RBZs should only be downloaded from reputable sources.
