Deleting the box each time is pretty pointless unless you purge the file and save it as a template. Deleting the box leaves all the data of the bloated dynamic component in the model.
Open a blank model, delete what you don’t want, adjust what you do want, style, units etc then ‘Save as Template’

Sorry stupid newbee question.
After i designed in meters do i have to use the scale function and scale it down or is there a quik way to just export it as scaled down.
There’s no automatic scaling feature but doing it manually would not take more than a few seconds…
And if you adjust the import settings of your slicer you don’t even have to scale down before exporting as .stl
