did you post this on Chaos’s forums as well ?

a quick google search gave this

I get this problem after every computer restart. What helps 100% of the time for me is to restart the Chaos Cosmos Browser and License Server.

Write in Windows search and execute:

  1. Stop Chaos Cosmos Browser;
  2. Stop Chaos License Server;
  3. Start Chaos License Server;
  4. Start Chaos Cosmos Browser;
  5. Restart SketchUp.
