Is it possible to change the font type and size in dimension text?

Yes. It is done in the Text inspector… Exact steps depend on operating system. Your profile doesn’t tell us what OS or SU version you are using.

OK. So you should be able to make changes to font and size in the Text inspector which you must have found.
