Every time I try to save my work, on my laptop or at school, It pops up with this PNG of a white ball with different colours around it (Image attcatched). I can’t scroll on this or anything this is literally it, when I press save this picture comes up. I don’t have the first clue on where to start to fix this so any help will be much appreciated!! I need this for my A-level so I can’t lose this work.
does this occur with all files or just one?
How large is the file? It may be too large.
What version of SketchUp are you using? Your forum profile is confusing. SketchUp for Schools is a browser-based version for school children. It is not 2026 Desktop. What operating system are you using? 2026 Desktop will not run on iOS.
