The icon in file explorer has SketchUp Logo with brown file box in lower left corner. This is true of files I am unable to open; the files I can open have the thumbnail sketch of the model.
There is no message - just can’t open the files. Help!
This is in SketchUp 2021 as indicated in your profile? What has changed on your computer recently? SketchUp 2021 hasn’t changed since 2021.
Here is an article about those icons. It may be Windows telling you that the file is only available online, and that currently you’re not signed into the server they are on.
