I can’t log in to my free sketchup account. I get a white page with ‘Bad request invalid login session’ I’ve reset my password and that hasn’t helped. I’ve cleared my cache and that hasn’t helped. I’m on Windows 10 using the latest version of Chrome. Nothing I can think of has changed from the last time I logged it. Can anyone help me please?
Sometimes a bad cookie can cause this and I did not see you mention if you cleared them or not in your post so can you give that a try and let me know if that helps at all? If that does not help, can you post a screenshot of exactly what you are seeing (make sure to include the entire window in the screenshot). I may be able to get some additional info from that.
