I’ve never had this problem before, but I have lost the manage trays or default tray option in the window drop down and currently I can’t seem to get a workspace reset.
I’m working on my Mac Book Pro and this has never been an issue before?
Have I turned something on or off for this to happen?
Are you using Windows or macOS on your MacBook Pro? Trays are on the windows version of SketchUp. Rest workspace is in Prefences->Workspace->Reset Workspace.
Your profile says “Mac Pro” for operating system. You could be using Windows on it for all we know.
