Can't close a surface

Hi there !

I haven’t been using SU for a few year now. And i’m having some trouble. I can’t close a simple surface made of some circles, lanes and arcs…

Odd problem. I fixed it by redrawing the large face and then tracing an edge of the hole. Didn’t find a specific reason for it, though.

FWIW, it’s a good idea to keep your model close to the origin instead of putting it meters away.
