Can sketchup will add in future the texturing feature? example adding a substance painter like feature? so that we can manipulate textures inside sketchup without using any 3rd party texturing software?

I’m going to go out on a limb and say “no”. Just very unlikely. And you won’t get any “preview” of future features from Trimble.
