Can not get Sketchup make to install

I have win7,Pro. The install program is tell me it already exist. I can’t find it any where. The file box is only showing Sketchup Make, nothing in the menu.

I uninstalled what was on my machine that I had downloaded earlier,
got the browser thief (astromenda) had to get rid of it.

I would like to try to learn how to use sketchup. Not installing it as administer.

It is a feature of the Windows operating system that to install anything you will have to use an administrator account.
