So for what it’s worth, I used File>Import to import your face frame component into the model I used for my GIF above. With it selected there’s no options in the Component Options panel and you can see that there’s an extra “wrapper” on the component when you look at it in Outliner.
After exploding that top level wrapper, the options appear as expected.
When you look at the Components panel you can even see the DC Face Frame component and the one you called “Face Frame Componant” which isn’t a DC.
Here I’ve saved out the DC into a local collection by dragging it from In Model to the collection. And when I bring it back in, it shows the options as you want.
Not sure why you’ve opted for the alignment you have but that’s another story.
