Not sure what happened to your screenshot, but it is totally illegible.

Did you install SketchUp by right clicking on the downloaded installer and choosing Run as administrator? If not this might be a permissions issue. Suggest repairing the installation of SketchUp by doing the above and then choosing Repair.

You might also try editing the SharedPreferences.json file to manually add the shortcut. Use the exact same format as the previous shortcut. I just created the keyboard shortcut using Ctrl+7 here.

That, sir, was the solution. Thank you!

Is it correct that you hadn’t installed SketchUp correctly in the first place?

What is odd to me is that all I have ever done is to install Sketchup as Administrator. However, I don’t recall re-installing and doing a Repair on SU22.

What does that mean? You installed SketchUp while having administrator privileges? Or you always use your normal Windows sign in and right click on the installer? Not doing the latter seems to be the cause of a variety of weird problems like this.

My general practice, when installing software, is to “Run as administrator”.

Add a scene?

The top is used as a filter, there is nothing in the list.

Thus my suggestion to repair the installation which fixed things.

That should blank the filter, too😀
But takes a bit more time.
