I wonder if anyone can point me in the direction.
I’ve taken drone footage and gotten good results using Reality Scan.
The next step I’m slightly struggling with, is getting that into SketchUp. I know I need to simplify it drastically, but so far my efforts to go from Reality Scan > SketchUp hasn’t gone so well.
I’ve seen Polycam and also Transmutr, I wonder if there are any other solutions or if anyone has had good results with any that are processed on the computer locally? I’ve noticed the cost goes up for Polycam for unlimited images, which is a bit of a shame, but also I don’t really want to upload anything to a service.
It’s not a hugely powerful CPU I have, but it seems good enough for multi-threading (AMD 7900X), though I might get the newer 16 core version if needed.
