That is true with all the file conversion troubles that I had might have been easier to do it in 360. I was needing the file conversion so I could do stress testing on my parts.
However, I did find an online FEA application to do all my stress testing that works with STL files. They don’t have the greatest material index but it worked for its purposes. I even made a YouTube video and put it on the sketchup forums for others to follow if they need to do stress testing.
