Animator generating video problem

Hi guys,

I am having issues to generate my videos in Animator I am using Sketchup Pro 2021 and VRay 5. I have no idea what the issue is I have tried the whole of last week but I only get to 14% of maximum so far. The first couple of frames render but randomly stops rending. I am doing the rendering with VRay at low quality but ideally would love it to be at medium and the animation is about 31.7 seconds max. If someone can help me I would really appreciate it.

I will tag @Fredo6 who is the author of Animator, in case he notices and may be able to respond. Another option is to post your issue on the SketchUcation forums web site, which is where most of Animator discussion and announcements etc. occur.
