Hi, I am running SketchUp 2016 Pro on an iMac with the latest OS, I have updated SketchUp to fix all the issues with Sierra. What I am finding is that as I go between view section cuts either on or off I get an Internal Error message…

Any Thoughts?

If you’re at this low level, it’s typically some memory smasher that makes this indecipherable. Generally, we would have low level things like this tested well enough before release that they wont happen. We’re not perfect, but this could be a ruby extension doing something weird. Do you have any installed? Could you try disabling?

Just all the same ruby’s I’ve always had, Cabinet Sense resonantly updated, but I really need that one… Thanks for the help, if its low memory could it be I have to many other programs open???

#4

Yea, but maybe your same ruby’s have issues on Sierra? I don’t think it’s too many other programs open.
