How can i add holes all around the cone ? Pic attached
Draw some cylinders where you want the holes to be, then use the subtract feature in the Solid Tools Toolbar.
Edit: Your model doesn’t look like a solid though from the first look so you might run into some problems when trying to use Solid Tools. You can also use the Intersect Faces feature to cut those holes, then delete them manually. Example:
