Add a radius to the top of a cylinder

Hi,

Looking for some advice on how to round off the top of the edge of a cylinder

the shape I want to add a radius to the top off

I tried the following, using the follow me tool

I end up with this if I use the follow me tool

Did try YouTube and forum search, couldn’t find a solution.
Any help would be appreciated.
