They don’t. You can make one style with section planes invisible and one with them visible for adjustment. Which of them is active is a scene setting.

How can we View the Section Planes in Models Space when there are so many that we cant read the symbols? Or can we Display all Section Plans Aligned a particular Axis (Show only section planes looking right)?
This is a good question. I usually zoom into areas to see the particular section plane that I want to activate
In my models, I have a lot of section planes.
My solution is to create one tag for all plan views and then one tag per floor, one tag for general sections, one tag for details. Then I create a tags folder.
