Hi, I just opened my SketchUp app on Windows and this appeared (see attached screenshot). When I click on “Start Modeling” and create a new project, it immediately crashes. What should I do?
This is the second major issue I’ve had, even though I purchased my annual license last December…
this is just the ad for AI stuff that doesn’t show. it depends on your network configuration.
just click on “commencez à modéliser” and that’s all.
edit : so when you say it crashes, do you send the bugsplat report that comes after the crash ? do you have a bugsplat number ?
Yes, I have it, but I tried creating a new project and it works normally now, thanks!
