3d Warehouse not loading (from today)

Hi SketchUp Community,

I’m experiencing an issue with the 3D Warehouse feature in SketchUp. Whenever I click on the 3D Warehouse option, it fails to load, although it worked perfectly until yesterday.
Here are the details:

  • SketchUp Version: 2024 (24.0.594)
  • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restarting SketchUp.
  2. Clearing my browser cache. ( C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUpXXXX\WebCache)
  3. Checking my internet connection.
  4. Restarting computer.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

It loads fine for me in SU 2024 and 2025.

The status page does not show a problem.
