I downloaded the installer and the update 2026-0-429-164 several times and get the same message every time? size on my computer is 1,060,149 . Can’t find size on website to verify that everything downloaded? Can you help?
The thing that is missing is Scan Essentials. You could try the offline installer, from here:
Or you could install SketchUp at first, and then run the installer again to try adding Scan Essentials on its own.

Speaking of failures - for some strange reason our Windows users are encountering a strange fatal error that makes then unable to open Sketchup 2026 - it has something to do with Microsoft Visual Ct+ 2015-2022 Redistributable. Reparing Microsoft Visual Ct+ 2015-2022 Redistributable does solve the problem but it took us days to figure out that one… 
My feeling is, that it is some clash between Sketchup and an Auto-Update from Windows…
