2019 has crashed on me the last 6 times I have used loosing about 4 hours of work. I only update every 40 minutes, cause every 5 it not effective for work flow.
Not sure WTH this is happening but very frustrating when you spend money for this subscription to only have it work against you!
What is the graphics card in your computer? What operating system? Your profile isn’t completed correctly and that information can be helpful. Macbook Air’s don’t normally use Chrome as the operating system.
When SketchUp crashes, what happens? Do you get Bug Splats? If so, are you sending them in with your e-mail address or name attached so they can be identified?
