How do I download 2018 pro to a new laptop?

Did you bought version 2018? You might have a license for version 2019, which can be still be downloaded
Before you erase or recycle your old computer, you should make sure you have a copy of your 2018 license information. Then remove the license from that computer. If it’s too late, you will have to contact SketchUp support to retrieve your license and to have them release it from the old computer.
Then you can download the 2018 installer from this site, generously maintained by a German reseller:
https://www.sketchup3d.de/download/center/
After installing SketchUp, enter the license info into the new computer.
