I don’t think that was the intention but that is how it was implemented but this confirms my assumptions and like’s will be similar to just acknowledging that you like something similar to social sites and this existing functionality may evolve to favorites in the future.
Go to https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/user.html?nav=likedmodels click on the models you’ve liked, and If you click on the heart again, your like will be rescinded.
