SketchUp Diagnostics
This is the latest available version of the SketchUp Team’s diagnostic information file generator.

It is the renamed zip from:
(1) Install the “su_diagnostics” rbz archive via:
Window > Preferences > Extensions > Install Extension… (button)
(2) Under the Extensions (or Plugins) menu, find the SketchUp Diagnostics Tools submenu, and execute it’s Collect Data command.
Save the data file somewhere easy to find (such as the Desktop folder.)
(3) Then upload the file to a topic thread about your issue, in the Technical Problems category.
(If you are running on Windows, you can drag and drop the file into a forum post.)
Do not attach your diagnostics data files to THIS thread.
