I watched the recent video where Aaron shows how to rotate an object while inside the move tool. Those rotate marks don’t appear anywhere on my objects (any object) with the move tool selected. Is this a setting I have to change?
In settings, General, Turn on Show move tool rotation grips.
It has recently be change to give the option to turn it off.

As I mentioned, it is a recent change so not something you would have previously seen necessarily.
