Using QR codes with the sketchup AR tool

Hi guys!
I am getting into the use of sketchup for augmented reality projections of images and videos. I want to be able to project my phone to a surface with a QR code printed on it, and it generates the 3D images attached to that QR code. Is there a way to do with SketchUp 2020 using its AR pluggin? Or perhaps any other means? Would appreciate some help urgently.
