I’ve been working on a design and it’s due Tuesday! I saved it, closed it and reopened it to double check something in the model… “unexpected file format”… it’s simply all gone! I still have the skb file, i tried everything forums suggested. It was locally saved to my PC, i then uploaded a version to dropbox and even that file is not working

Did you try to open the backup file changing the .skb to .skp?
Yes, a colleague did too and it wasn’t working for either of us. But thank you nonetheless!
I was able to recover the file.
