Unable to upload .rbz to new draft

Hi! We’re trying to upload the updated versions of our extensions, but everytime we browse or drop the .rbz file, the page refreshes (after 1-2 seconds), clearing all the changes (and removing the .rbz).
Steps to reproduce:

  • on SketchUp Extension Warehouse , click on the top right corner of an extension and select “create new draft”
  • in the “Edit extension” page, click on “browse” and select the .rbz file
  • the cursor spins for a couple of seconds, then the page refreshes removing the .rbz
    Tried with Chrome and Edge.

This is happening to me as well. Here is a list of things I can’t do…

  • I cant create new extension (Draft)
  • I cant sign an extension to encrypt it.
  • I cant see & download the CSV file to see sales.

Hello everyone,

We’re sorry that you are experiencing some problems uploading. I want to reassure you that we have been looking into this for you. Earlier today I have uploaded a few extensions to my own personal account and it has uploaded correctly.

The situation that you are experiencing may well be part of our Organizations feature update for Extension Warehouse.

As part of our roll out of this feature, people who have been previously set up to sell on Extension Warehouse will be migrated to an Organization account later today. Our hope is that this will also rectify some of the upload issues that people are experiencing.

Earlier today an email was sent to the vendors on Extension Warehouse notifying them that they will be migrated.

Please do feel free to keep us informed if your problems persist once this migration takes place.

Thanks, Craig. It looks like everything is working now, and we’re just waiting to be approved as a vendor. I’m not sure if we may have missed any previous communication from your side about this migration, but we’d appreciate being informed in advance in the future; if we missed it, sorry about that. Not being able to upload the updated extensions right when the new version of SketchUp was released has been a significant issue for us.
