Unable in log in to SketchUp for Schools using Office 365 education account

Hi,

hoping someone can help.

I’m a teacher using SketchUp for schools using the web version.

Logging in is hit and miss and quite often i’m only given the choice of logging in with Google not my school office account.

Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix.
