Trouble finding Layers palette or tray or whatever

I’m a SketchUp novice, which will be obvious in my question. Which is: how do I bring up the tool palette, or tray, or whatever it’s called, that lets me control layers in a model?

I was able to do this in the past, but that was in 2018 Pro, and since I’ve had to switch to 2020 Pro, I haven’t found a way to bring up the layers controls.

Layers have been changed to Tags. It’s mostly just a name change.

Good idea to read the release notes and find out what else is new.
