Trimble Licenses Manager limited functionality

Hello Trimble Team,

Our organization uses SketchUp Pro, and we are finding it challenging to manage licenses efficiently due to limited visibility into usage data. Currently, we are unable to track real-time usage, last login activity, active users, or usage duration.

This makes it difficult to optimize license allocation, ensure compliance, and plan renewals effectively. Could you please advise if there are any existing tools, admin portal features, or services that provide this level of monitoring?

We would also like to suggest enhancements such as real-time usage tracking, historical reporting, and improved user activity visibility, which would greatly help organizations manage subscriptions more efficiently.

The license management system is maintained by a separate team within Trimble, not by SketchUp.

You can engage in https://networkcommunity.trimble.com/ with suggestions for other Trimble products, there are discussion sections and product specific areas, you might get something useful there.

The new Admin Console (https://accounts.trimble.com/) reports on if a user is Active (having created a Trimble ID) and shows last login date, but not duration of use. If you are using the Account Management Portal (ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization/), these feature are not available. We are frequently updated the console with additional features, but we have no time frame or road map that we can share at this time.
