Transferring My SketchUp Pro License

I have a quick question regarding SketchUp Pro licenses. I currently have an active license (about 6 months remaining) tied to my email/account, but I’m no longer using it. I was wondering if it’s possible (according to SketchUp’s terms and condition) to transfer or sell the account/license to someone else who might need it.

Just hoping to help someone make use of it if allowed.
If anyone has experience with this or knows whether it’s permitted, I’d really appreciate your insight. Also, if there’s an official way to go about transferring a license, I’d love to know how.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I don’t know the answer to the question about whether you can ask someone to pay you for the remaining time. But, there is a way you could assigned the subscription to someone else.

To do that, go to this page:

You have two accounts there, one includes your name, the other is called FREELANCE. The subscription is in the FREELANCE account. Choose that one, and the Members section.

In the list of emails will be your email address. In the upper right is a button to add a new user. Add the details of the person who will use the subscription.

Once you and they are in the list, click on the three dots at the end of each line. Choose Modify Product Access. For your entry, choose that you have no access. For the new user, choose that they can use the subscription.

After that the other user should be able to sign into SketchUp, and use your subscription.

Here is a help article about the last steps I gave:

I think you should read the EULA and if you have difficulty interpreting it, get real legal counsel.

I see this which I would understand to mean you cannot sell or transfer your subscription. I am not a lawyer, though.
