Struggling with a TV "potato chip" cover

I’ve got to build what I thought would be a relative easy fill-in arc but I’m on the struggle bus. The item is a fabric covered, mult-arc frame that goes behind a television screen to hide the cables. It’s made by Chief, called a “Fusion Flat Panel Cover.” https://www.legrandav.com/products/chief/accessories/display/covers/fusion_universal_back_covers/fcac2x1lb

I don’t have the skills to draw this. Has anyone done something similar? Digital beers on me.

Too late at night for me to model it but there are questions needing answers.
What is the finished model that you need?
From front or back or both?
Does it need the fabric folds?
Having an understanding of what is needed is crucial to understanding what is needed.

Expanding on @Box reply, do you need an accurate model of the frame and cloth, or just the exterior surface for visual effect?
