Hello everyone. I cant open the sketchup model after the brownout, I think its corrupted and it says “This does not appear to be Sketchup model”. I tried a lot of stuff in the Youtube but still its not working. Please could someone help me. See the attached skp file.

You are correct. It is corrupted. The file contains nothing but zeroes.
Did you try renaming the .skb file to .skp and opening it?
Where have you been saving the file while working on it? Are you using a cr acked version of SketchUp?
So there’s a zero chance to recover it bro? so sad. Yeah i already tried that but still not working
There’s absolutely no way to convert all those zeroes into anything useful. You’ll have to start over.
