SketchUp User Research Opportunity - Purchasing Experience Help Needed!

Have you purchased a new subscription for SketchUp Pro recently (in the last year) via our website?

Have you renewed your subscription for SketchUp Pro recently (in the last year) via our website?

Are you a tax-exempt customer who recently purchased/renewed SketchUp Pro from our website recently (in the last year)?

Are you an international customer who has purchased/renewed your subscription recently (in the last year)?

The Trimble UX team overseeing SketchUp’s e-comm purchasing experience is working on some MAJOR improvements for how users purchase SketchUp Pro from our website and would love YOUR input to see if we’re making progress … or if we still have some work to do.

The time ask would be 45 minutes - you will have the opportunity to share your recent purchasing experience, any joys/pain points, and provide feedback on the prototype of the re-designed experience the team will walk you through.

The return? You will be helping to shape the future purchasing experience for ALL SketchUp customers! That, and we’ll have some sweet SketchUp swag with your name on it!
