Hi!
I am wondering if you will be looking to add a sun path option into the new sketchup as seen in this image below? It would be a great feature to add into SketchUp - I am yet to find a plugin that does this as well as Revit does.

Have you tried Curic Sun.
I have and I didn’t really like it - not as clean as revit’s built in sun path

If you use SketchUp, you can try the Sun diagram extension. 
well, considering they asked in june 2021, I hope they found a way already
