Curic Sun Extension (Shadow Problem)

I’ve been using SketchUp for a year to analyze our solar projects, both at the commercial and residential levels, for shadow analysis, among other things. To make the shadow and sun path analysis more precise, I added an extension called Curic Sun. Previously, it worked smoothly, allowing me to analyze shadows accurately throughout the day. However, now when I use it, the shadows of my objects intermittently disappear, although Curic Sun itself runs without any lag. This issue is preventing me from conducting a full day’s shadow analysis, which I was able to do on my previous projects.

I would be very grateful if you could help me resolve this issue.

What version of SketchUp are you really using? Your profile says “Free Plan” 2023? Does that mean it’s a cracked version? What graphics card? HP is not a graphics card.

SketchUp 2023 hasn’t changed so since the extension was working but isn’t now, what changed on your computer?

Yes it’s cracked version. Secondly I have HP i5 Elite book 840 (Intel Graphic Card built-in).

Nothing changed in my PC but it’s happening Shadow disappears.
