SketchUp Ruby API: Dock toolbar to other toolbars

I have created my own toolbar, but I can’t figure out how it can automatically be docked to the row, where all other toolbars already are (under dropdown menus). Any hint?

The user must do the docking. All you can do is call #restore on it.
