The truth is I asked chat GPT to help and he said trying to open it through Terminal, that worked but the software on it’s own doesn’t… :frowning: It was working perfectly before and by mistake I deleted it, now cannot get it back

It’s possible that an earlier issue put SketchUp.app into quarantine, after which it’s normal to be able to launch from Terminal, but not from the app itself. You could try this line in Terminal, and see if you can open SketchUp normally after that: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Ske…
