Aside from needing an update (or a first install) of libfredo, there were a number of useful fixes in the later version of 2022. You’re using the original 2022.0, and 2022.0.1 had these fixes:

There is a mistake in the downloads page, it’s pointing to the older version. I will ask for that to be fixed.

Install the Sketchucation Extension Store tool and use it to install the current LibFredo6, Animator, FredoCorner, FredoPortrait, Souvenir, and ThruPaint.

You’ll need the current version of the Sketchucation Extension Store tool to run FredoCorner and FredoProtrait anyway.
