Sketchup installation access denied language pack

Hi there,

My sketchup installation fails.
Access denied on the donwload/installation of the Fr language pack.
And then, the exe installation file I downloaded becomes “corrupted” and the size on disk seems to be 0 Kbyte.
When I want to delete this weird 0 Kbyte exe file, I’m not able to do it either, access refused. It’s really strange.
There is no sketchup folder created in Program Files, I also tried the silent install from the admin cmd line.

I’m running win 10 on a amd ryzen 5x cpu + amd rx 6800 graphic card.

  1. Make sure that no SketchUp is running, as well as any of the previous install process is “finished”. The best if you restart your computer.
    You can try use the proper method: Right click on the downloaded installer and chose Run as Administrator.
  1. You can try to download the offline version from the bottom of this page:
