I am an interior design teacher and I teach 50 students using SketchUp for Schools. My students all have school-issued Lenovo ThinkPads and are using SketchUp for Schools on them. Students have been reporting that SketchUp continually keeps crashing and they are losing work that they claimed to have saved.
I have told students to limit the number of tabs they have opened on their browser, clear cookies from the cache in their web browser, etc. but SketchUp continues to have problems. I believe this is most likely a problem on SketchUp’s end.
Please let me know what can be done to fix this. Thank you!
