I have a PDF entitled “SketchUp User Guide”, which I have not yet read, but as a new SketchUp user, I intend to. However, I need to know if there is a document that tells me how the use of SketchUp Free 2018 differs from that described in the User Guide I have.

There are some differences in the user interface but the best thing to do is poke around at all the buttons to get familiar with it.
Keep in mind there are still some limitations with SketchUp Free so not all you read in the user guide will apply.
