I have done the ‘Quick Start’ lesson of the Sketch Up Fundamentals (for web) course.
All succeeding lessons are apparently not available and say ‘coming soon’.
Does anyone know when this will be? Or is it likely something wrong with my account or an incompatibility with my computer?

It does look that way. @eric-s or @TysonK may be able to give an estimate of when those will be posted.
In the meantime, you could go into the matching lessons for desktop:
The tools for the web version are going to be found in different places to where they are on desktop, but the principles should be the same.
